(INFO)Major and Minor Squads

Summary:
There are two types of squads in the Guild, which bear different purpose,
leadership and requirements. They are the Major Squad and the Minor Squad.
Each Guild member has one Major Squad that they are part of, which will not
change throughout the entire course of gameplay. However, each Guild member
will be part of, and potentially lead, multiple Minor Squads throughout his
time in the Guild.

Major Squad:
There are 3 Major Squads; Alpha, Beta and Gamma. Every Guild member is placed
into one Squad depending on what specialization(Guild Class) he picked. Alpha
Squad has Melee members, Beta has Range members while Gamma has magic members.
Major Squads come into play during Guild events, or when there are enough
players from the same squad online to play efficiently as a Major Squad. (3
or more players from the same squad)

Leadership:
Each Major Squad is led by a Ghost, whom is in charge of the welfare of the
members as well as inter-squad communication. In the absence of a Ghost, the
Phantom takes charge with the help of Deliverers. In the event that neither
are online, the Major squad is led by the Ghost of a different squad, whom
would then have to manage both his own squad and said squad.

Minor Squads
Minor Squads come into play when there are not enough members online to form
Major Squads. (4 or less total players online) In that case, members of any
squad come together to form Minor Squads. Minor squads still retain the structure
of a Major squad, but will provide a more relaxed atmosphere fit for exploration
and private Guild dungeons.

Leadership:
Each Minor Squad is led by a Seer. A Seer is a temporary position, in effect
until the Minor Squad has disbanded. A Seer in a Minor Squad is the highest
ranking member of the Squad. If there are two higher ranking members, the
member with the highest character level takes the place of the Seer. The Seer
is responsible for the welfare of the Minor Squad.
