Ranks: "A leader is best when people barely know he exists, when his work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say: we did it ourselves"
-Phantom- The Guild is led by the Guild's "Phantom", a player in charge of the group. The Phantom's objective is to make sure the Guild succeeds in it's objectives, as decreed in motto and rules.
The Phantom works solely for the benefit of the Guild, and when the situation calls for it, sever all ties to friendship and lead with purpose and control. However, he must also be the listening ear, for he must remember that he is only equal to the rest, and born solely for the welfare of it's men.
Orders: The Phantom must make sure that the Guild runs a streak of glory, and ensures that each squad is safe and it's members are happy. He will also take charge of squads in the absence of a Ghost, helped by deliverers as he will need to know the specific culture of the squad. He will ensure that orders of the Guild and the orders of the Ghost are carried out, but will mantain fair judgement in the passing of orders.
-Ghost- The Guild's co-leaders are the "Ghosts", and they will specialise in leadership and their specific Class or areas of excellence. Ghosts are also in charge of the selective recruitment of members who fall in their area of concern, and must put extra effort to help those recruited by them. Ghosts are the spreaders of the vision, and will sow the seed of unity without even the knowledge of those who follow them; They will let our vision spread like wildfire, and leave not a trace of impurity.
Orders: Each Ghost is placed in charge of a squad. In the squad are players who fall under the class of the Ghost, or in a class which works best when paired with the Ghost's own class. Every month, a Ghost must write the goals of the squad in the Squad's own page. The members then report to the Ghost when they have completed a certain task. The Ghost keeps track of this and reports the efforts of each of his or her members back to the other squad leaders and Phantom. -Seer- Anyone can become a Seer temporarily. It is the name given to any member who is in charge of a minor squad. Minor squads choose their Seers depending on who among them has the highest Guild rank. If there are two people with higher Guild ranks, the one with the higher character level becomes the seer. Though the Seer role is temporary(Members still retain their original ranks), it allows a variety of players to take up a leadership role.
Orders: A Seer is responsible for the Minor Squad he is in charge of. Sho uld any dispute or problem arise, the Seer must resolve it through his own leadership. The Seer is respectable in his dealings with any other player, for he knows that at that moment, the weight and name of the Guild is on him to uphold. He must also guide initiates or those in his team.
-Deliverers- The Guild's more advanced members are the Deliverers, and they too spread the ideals in the darkness. Deliverers are the more experienced members of the Guild, and will back up as leaders if the Ghost is absent in a mission the squad needs to take part in, or as help to the phantom. Deliverers are the roots of the Guild, and exist as they are the core that the Guild draws strength from.
Orders: Deliverers are the role model for the rest of the members, and will set an example in their efficiency, ability and intellect. They will be willing to sacrifice time and energy to complete their orders, but also possess the intelligence to counter orders when they know of a better way. Delivers must act as leaders in cases where the Ghost is absent or aid the Phantom when he learns and leads the Deliverer's squad.Deliverer's themselves are leaders in their own right, and will be paired with new members in a mentor program.
-Initiates- The Guild's newer members are the initiates, whom have within each of them the inspiration the Guild will soon bring to others. They hold within them the knowledge that what they do, what their leaders do and what the Guild does in general will bring glory and honor to all of them, and will thus put in their all in the completion of orders. They must also be quick on their feet and intelligent enough to complete tasks efficienty, as they are members selected for such characteristics.
Orders: Initiates are given the job of putting their heart into their work, as they perform tasks which make this GUild whole. they must also listen to the Deliverers and Ghosts, as the Initiates will know that they possess experience from which they can learn and grow from.
