As I mentioned to all members in the formal invitation to all of you Via PM on www.skyrimforums.org, there would be a "portal" that you could cross through in order to get to Krene with your Skyrim character. First, I would like to point out the fact that if I didn't mention this to you in PM--I apologize because I swear I said so to everyone, but if not, you can pick up on what was lost in such information right here (there were so many invite PM's on this because of last minute extra invites I may have lost track). Anyhow, what was mentioned just the fact that as I said literally in the invitation--there would be a portal--and so here it is: Also what was mentioned in the invitation is that "on November 30, 2012, a portal would open up in Skyrim for you to cross over through into the planet of Krene" that was in place by the power of the Krene world Gods. They invited you here to help with the current war, and of course to expose your talents to the races of Krene as accomplished heroes on the planet of Nirn. Of course, in the aspect of being one of an only race, depending on what your character is in Skyrim, you would have to adapt the thought process of how different life in Krene would be compared to what it would be in Nirn. Your character would have to fully re-learn to adapt to this new place, and in a way, treat this new world as though they were the novice with much to learn--because they are, but nevertheless, it doesn't mean of course your character's own talents couldn't be useful to pass forward. It's just in comparison to the timeframe in the elder scrolls right now, and Krene, the inhabitants of Krene in certain areas are more highly advanced. So, I just basically wanted to make this announcement thread to say it's officially here--the portal I hand made for the fun of it on photoshop above-- and you are all welcome to use this idea as a character card story starting excuse to get yourself comfortable with the new roleplaying style. I, like the rest of the staff can understand, that the lore is quite extensive--while still having more and more over time to be added to--and it will take a while to get a feel for and read through. That's the reason we approve character cards that are lore based because we want to ensure that all of the ideals fit with the world of Krene and what we spent time on. However, all of the reading shouldn't hinder your entertainment on the site and refrain you from roleplaying. So, that is why I am extending this announcement as well. We do hope you take the time to read nonetheless, because it's vitally important to understand the world, plus it is apart of the entire separating ourselves from elder scrolls world. But, to make other world roleplaying easier on those who just began role-playing on the skyrim forums website please know that the portal crossing character cards are welcome! And to those of you who do decide to bring over a character through the portal, all I ask of you is to be aware of the following regulations:1) You do not have to put your skyrim character through "character card submission," instead you can just go ahead and join any roleplay you like, however, Skyrim characters that decide to join in the war have to be adaptable to the war standards.
2) You can only bring ONE character over from Skyrim, or any other Province of Tamriel--but they cannot remain as your primary character, and eventually, you will have to create another character for further stories as the site progresses. We will be watching for this because to us it ensures that you have taken the time to appreciate the work we have put into the site, and will continue to put into it in our free time when we could be doing anything else just to make this site successful in the hopes to someday be.
3) You have to create a new character card for your Skyrim character using the application that is provided for you in the OOC board.
4) You cannot overpower your character to make them "superior" to characters that are based on lore.
5) All regular role-playing rules apply when it comes to these characters. So, with that all being said and done--thank you for those of you who are taking the time to contribute to the small amount of started role-plays so far. I hope to see more activity soon, and I feel that it is also important to address the fact that at any time you are in the mood to, you are welcome to begin your own role-play. Plus, for those of you who have signed up and have not yet joined us, hopefully, this will give you a more "feel at ease" atmosphere to start up on some of the existing stories. Remember a war is going on! Do please contribute your wonderfully creative minds as well as put forth any ideas you have at any point in the request thread to be debated! Continue having fun all! Sincerely, Queen Reka<3

ONE LAST THING!Above I forgot to mention, which may or may not be crucial info regarding the portal, that you are welcome to be open mindedly creative as to where you step into on the planet of Krene when your character comes forth into stories. If you want to join the war for example, a great starting intro point I believe would be to see where we are at mid-story, and then "cross over" somewhere near there. It would definitely pose for a writing challenge and interesting structure to respond to. For the Dragon's Breath role-play, it would be wise to just have yourself transported literally within the middle of the forest since coming in contact with "Hell's Gates" and the gatekeeper would be a whole lot of story information that would take time to be drawn out. And since the story began in mid-forest, it would make more sense that way for you in ease of transition. Thanks!

Just a couple of questions-
1. Will we be able to use Nirni magic, powers, and enchanted items?
2. Can we bring Nirn-exclusive items and such with us?

Can we bring Nirn-exclusive items and such with us? 1) yes, but those who cross over cannot like I said be OP or supercede others in such a way that they overtly stand out 2) it depends on what it is--items cannot rival glorified items of this world, such as, daedric items are not allowed
