General
Thanks, I've looked through everyone's profiles and I think we're gonna go far with this. Some people have yet to make minor edits to their character card though- Flint, I've posted a review on your character card, please take a look. It's generally okay, but please try to follow as best as possible to the format without skipping any information. (Such as character background or gaming experience). I am confident that you will finish it soon.

Some members have yet to finish their cards, but there is an extension for those with valid reason. I am however, chasing those whom have yet to decide upon their characters. Once everyone is done, I will do a quick analysis of the member distribution between the squads and if the distribution is too uneven, use my own character to equal out the number of members in each squad. After which, I think we can proceed.

At this point, I would like to thanks those whom passed up their profiles early for their promptness, and hopefully we can see more of that in everyone when we begin to work together as a Guild. It is indeed appreciated.

Current Orders
Since we need to stall while we wait for the other members of the Guild to post their card, I wish for everyone to post an introductory paragraph on their squad page. This will increase teamwork. It should include the following things:

1. Gaming Preferences
Even within squads(Whose members bear similar specializations), there will be difference in playstyle depending on the members. If there is anything about your gaming style which you would like others to know, mention it. For example, some players prefer a more aggressive playstyle(Combat-based), while conversely others may want a more passive playstyle(Gathering and Crafting). These are solely influenced by your own gaming experience.

2. Activity
Mention days or periods which you are likely to be free on. This will allow your squad mates to know when you to expect you on the field.

3. Player Preferences
If there are any eccentricities, habits or quirks which you display online, you may mention it now to avoid misunderstandings later in the game. You may also mention your expectations, likes or dislikes in your online experiences, as well as what you hope to achieve with your squad.

Please complete the introductory post. Other than that, keep a lookout for updates. They will contain the latest information or orders, and will be changed frequently.
