I changed the ranks on the fist post, and now I will go change them in the ranking system. As for staff, I have yet to think on that entirely.

I think when it comes to avatars, what I am going to do is make a base avatar for each member rank. Then when you hit that rank, you can all PM me so I can remember and I will put your name on that avatar and modify it in your profile. If you do not PM me, then you won't get one. That will be the stipulation regarding this.
